Ketamine-Assisted- Psychotherapy
Welcome to my practice. People seek therapy for many reasons, most often when they are hurting or trying to make positive life changes. It takes courage to reach out for support and open yourself to change. It takes commitment to follow through with the work. My hope is to understand your unique struggles and goals to support your journey toward healing, wholeness. This is sacred work.
Research supports the strength of the psychotherapeutic relationship as the best predictor of client outcomes, more than the methods applied. For this reason, the focus my work is relational and I use a blend of evidence-based mind-body therapies that are individualized for each client. Read more about effective psychotherapy here.
