My Approach
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and group facilitator for people seeking healing, growth, and wholeness. With more than 20 years of experience working with diverse populations in healthcare, my work supports people navigating demanding jobs, broken relationships, and chronic health problems to find meaning, peace, and contentment. Although my training and background are in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I draw from several modern therapies and ancient somatic and mindfulness practices for an integrative experience.
I take your concerns seriously and consider our work together sacred. Collaboratively, we will clarify your goals and move through challenges with greater ease. We will work toward new perspectives that align with your values using difficult experiences and your own inner healing intelligence to guide us.
I also offer short-term solution-focused therapy. My 4-week sleep coaching is based on the rich research of circadian neuroscience and CBT-I. You can read my blog, Being Awake Better, for sleep tips as well as personal growth information.
