About Lemke Health

Lemke Health Partners was founded in 2013 to connect health care providers in Northern California who embody a spirit of collaboration and humility, and share our values of trustworthiness and competence in their areas of expertise in order to provide the highest level of care. We find that these values, along with creativity, allow us to support individuals and organizations who wish to initiate and integrate changes that are meaningful and sustainable.

As the founder of Lemke Health, Dr. Del Pozo is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in health psychology and extensive professional experience in large and small health care organizations. As a clinician and researcher, she has worked in cardiology, gastroenterology, primary care, physical medicine, sleep medicine, and chronic pain management clinics.

Over the past two decades, she has also taught community health classes and served on Placer County’s mental health board. While most of her work is currently with individuals and local nonprofits, she has worked with corporations, government agencies, and universities. In 2020, her work shifted toward workplace wellbeing for physician groups and county public defenders. Around this time, she also began collaborating with retreat centers, and facilitating retreats for professional groups as well as the general public. She has served as a consultant and speaker in the US and abroad, as close as Stanford and as far away as Hanoi, Vietnam. She recently accepted a faculty position with The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, Department of Bioethics & Medical Humanism.

Our passion at Lemke Health is to support the wellbeing of people suffering from many of life’s challenges. We frequently see people with chronic medical problems, insomnia, pain, fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal conflict. Many of our clients are also recovering from codependency and addiction patterns, as well as emotional and spiritual abuse.
